At EasyNest Living, your satisfaction is our priority.

You may request a return within 30 days of receiving your order.

To be eligible for a return:
- The item must be unused and in its original condition
- The item must be in the original packaging

Non-returnable items:
- Gift cards
- Personal care items (if used)

Refunds (if applicable):
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you.
If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Late or missing refunds:
If you haven’t received your refund yet, please check with your bank or contact us.

Return shipping:
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect.
